Shipping Policy

 

Order Ship from Arizona and typically ship within 1-3 business days of placing the order. Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be processed in the same week. While orders placed Friday-Sunday will process the following week. Customers will receive an email confirmation and receipt once your order is processed. 

 

We ship via USPS, all orders will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order is processed for shipping. Your order can be tracked at USPS. Shipping rates are based on USPS shipping rates and vary based on weight and distance.

 

It is the customers responsibility to provide correct shipping details. Please be sure to check the shipping address, we are not responsible for non-deliveries or deliveries to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us, we will credit the method of payment back minus shipping fees. If you need assistance with your order please contact info@gaiaprovidesllc.com.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

 

We are proud of the high-quality products that we offer, however, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on unopened items that have not been used. We are happy to offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened or defective products. We will refund original price of the product  within 30 days of purchase. Shipping, delivery and processing fees are non-refundable.
